1. Introduction & Account Security

By using the Impulsv app, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Impulsv. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and ensuring all provided information is accurate to maintain app functionality.

2. VRP & Money Movement (The "Not a Bank" Clause)

• Impulsv is a Payment Initiator, not a Bank. We do not hold your funds at any time.

• Payment Authorization: By connecting your bank via Open Banking, you authorize Impulsv to initiate "Variable Recurring Payments" (VRP) specifically for "me-to-me" sweeps to your own linked savings account.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your source account.

• Liability Disclaimer: Impulsv is not liable for any overdraft fees, failed payment charges, or penalties charged by your bank if a sweep triggers insufficient funds.

3. Rewards & Affiliate Commissions

• Goal Rewards: Impulsv offers rewards (cashback/discounts) via third-party partners (e.g., travel agents, retailers). These rewards are non-binding and subject to the partner's confirmation.

• Commissions: We may receive a commission for these referrals. This does not affect the price you pay.

4. Charitable Donations ("Impulsv Give")

• Direct Execution: When using the "Impulse Give" feature, Impulsv initiates a payment directly to the chosen charity via VRP.

• Platform Fee: Impulsv deducts a fixed 5% Platform Fee from the donation amount to cover operational costs and payment processing fees.

• Finality: Donations are strictly non-refundable once the VRP has been executed.

5. Not Financial Advice (Disclaimer)

CRITICAL NOTICE:

Impulsv is a financial education and simulation tool.

• Educational Purpose: The content, "Wealth Simulator," and "Money Hacks" are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• No Fiduciary Duty: Nothing in this App constitutes financial advice. We are not financial advisors, accountants, or investment managers.

• Projections: Projected wealth figures are hypothetical estimates based on mathematical assumptions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Intellectual Property & Liability

• IP Ownership: All content, design, "Level" names (e.g., "Iced Coffee Intern"), code, blog posts, social media posts and Impulsv Method are the property of Rex Connexa.

• Liability Limits: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rex Connexa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or financial losses incurred based on decisions made using our simulators.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

UK Consumers: Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

7. Subscription & Payments

• The App may offer additional premium features ("Impulsv+") via subscription.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store policies.

8. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

• Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

• In the event of a third-party intellectual property claim, we (not Apple) are responsible for the investigation and defense.

• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.
